Acceptable Use Policy

The rules that keep Bina Mail useful, lawful and safe for everyone.

Version BM-2026-11-v3Published 2 November 2026

1. Use Bina Mail responsibly

This policy applies to personal accounts, organisation members, shared mailboxes and any permitted automated access. It forms part of the Bina Mail Terms of Service. You are responsible for the use you authorise and the material you send or upload.

2. Lawful communication and respect for others

Use the service only for lawful communications. Do not threaten, harass, exploit or impersonate another person, disclose their private information without authority, or send content that unlawfully infringes their rights.

Do not send, store or distribute illegal material, including child sexual abuse material, or use email to facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity. Do not misrepresent your identity, sender address or authority to represent an organisation.

Only record, upload or share voices and other personal material when you have the necessary authority and permissions. Do not use voice notes to impersonate someone, harass recipients or send unsolicited campaigns.

3. No spam, phishing or deceptive campaigns

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, purchased-list campaigns, deceptive links, credential-harvesting messages or fraudulent payment instructions. Do not use Bina Mail to evade another provider’s restrictions or to conceal an abusive campaign.

You must have a lawful basis and any required marketing permission for business communications. A person creating a Bina Mail account has not thereby agreed to receive unrelated marketing from you. Honour recipients’ lawful objections and unsubscribe requests.

4. Protect accounts and systems

Do not distribute malware, harmful attachments or code intended to compromise a person or system. Do not attempt to access another mailbox, bypass permissions, steal a session, expose credentials, disable scanning or exploit the service.

Use an authorised route to report a suspected vulnerability. Do not test other people’s accounts, disrupt live systems or collect private information to demonstrate an issue. Report suspected compromise to admin@binapathways.co.uk and protect any evidence from unnecessary disclosure.

5. Respect sending and storage limits

Do not create accounts to evade capacity limits, automate excessive requests, use the service as a bulk distribution engine or intentionally exhaust storage, scanning or delivery resources. Do not bypass rate limits or create repeated mailbox requests after an uncertain result.

Follow error and pending-state messages. Contact support if a normal use is blocked or a send result is unknown. Provider conditions and proportionate anti-abuse limits can apply in addition to the application’s displayed allowance.

6. How concerns are handled

We may hold or block a message, quarantine an attachment, limit sending or temporarily restrict access where reasonably needed to protect users, investigate a concern or meet a legal requirement. Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue.

Where lawful and practicable, we will explain what is affected and allow you to respond or request review. Serious or urgent abuse may require immediate containment. Relevant evidence may be preserved for a legitimate investigation or legal duty.

7. Report abuse or ask for review

Email admin@binapathways.co.uk with “Bina Mail abuse report” or “Bina Mail restriction review” in the subject. Include the approximate time, relevant message identifier or account reference and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, authenticator codes or unrelated private mailbox contents.

For an urgent danger or emergency, use the appropriate emergency service; email support is not an emergency response service.
