You can create an account with your existing email and a separate Bina password. A provider connection is then needed to read and send that existing mailbox. Registration alone does not import it.
You may also choose an available @binamail.co.uk address without another inbox. Website email can connect through supported IMAP/SMTP. Hosting a separate organisation domain needs its own setup; no DNS or paid subscription is changed by signup.
